Dr. Seeta Rose Narsai has been involved in the field of health and wellness for the past decade. In her practice, she gives an in-depth analysis of your health history. She will then address your current health concerns/problems, or imbalances you may be experiencing. Her services include, but are not limited to: sports medicine/rehabilitation, Marma therapy (energy points), women’s health and pregnancy services, and various Detox treatments.

Currently, she is co-authoring her first book, Ayurvedic Motherhood, with Dr. Siva Mohan.
While working on this labor of love project, she became a certified Doula, expanding her experience with women’s health and motherhood. Sheetal comes form a long line of Indian women who carry this 5,000 year-old wisdom.

My mother and grandmother, like many Indian mothers, have unknowingly kept the Ayurvedic traditions of cooking and healing alive. The rich science of Ayurveda interwove with the culture and tradition of India thousands of years ago. My awakening to the deep, mystical tradition of yoga led me to the study of Ayurveda. I am re-discovering this ancient science of life and I am loving every moment!
